Robyn Milewski has never played by the book. For the past 15 years, she has interwoven her passions into a number of successful endeavors. Her background in health, fitness, alternative healing, bodywork and business as taken her from the boxing ring to the boardroom to the bakery.

Two trends inspired Robyn's latest venture. First, the rise of many food related health concerns – including Celiac Disease and Diabetes – signaled the need for a line of healthy treats that actually tasted good. Secondly, Robyn's vegan lifestyle, busy schedule and gourmet palette left her looking for an alternative to traditional "junk filled" protein bars and dairy-free baked goods.

She began creating imaginative recipes in her own kitchen from a pantry of exotic ingredients. Before long, Robyn was moving into a commercial kitchen to meet the growing demand for her tempting treats. She named her new company Pure NRG to celebrate her commitment to only baking with pure ingredients that energize a healthy lifestyle.

Pure NRG has grown into a vibrant specialty food company with a full line of fresh baked goodness sold at the area's finest markets and specialty stores. But with Robyn leading the way, our products and philosophy remain pure and simple.
